Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting September 15,2016 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida she likes the fact that we give prioritization in preference to employees, police officers and employees of our City and she likes the whole concept of putting it out and publicizing it. She found that one of the challenges actually even though it is great to have workforce housing, there is always a challenge to get people for eligibility and so the idea to promote it and advertise it and again to give the preference to the people who work in our City is a win, win. Commissioner Goldman moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the proposed Ordinance on first reading. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 in favor.
