Hines, CMC, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />9/1612010 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Appointment to the Historic Preservation Board to Fill a Vacancy <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the Resolution appointing Warren J. <br />Stamm as an at-large member of the Historic Preservation Board. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />Due to a long illness, Phillip Chernoff, an at-large member of the Historic Preservation <br />Board, passed away on July 11,2010. Warren J. Stamm has served on various municipal <br />boards and is involved in Development and Urban Planning. He is interested in <br />becoming a member of the Historic Preservation Board. With his background, he would <br />be an asset to the Board. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />This two-year term is from April 2010 to April 2012. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
