PRE-PAYMENT FEES FOR REPAIR PERMITS IN <br />CONDOMINIUM COMMON ELEMENTS <br /> <br />1-001 <br /> <br />I-001.a <br /> <br />I-001.b <br /> <br />1-001.c <br /> <br />Condominium Associations. who utilize licensed <br />contractors and/or certified maintenance personnel per <br />Chapter 10 of the Miami Dade County Code to perform <br />repair and/or maintenance of eauipment and systems <br />in their buildings. may pre-paY the costs of repair <br />permits on an annual basis. This pre-payment option <br />includes the following work: <br />. Repair to any part of an A/C unit. where <br />removal and reinstallation of the existing <br />eauipment is required. (New eauipment <br />installation and/or replacement is not included in <br />this agreement) <br />. Electrical work reauired due to reinstallation of <br />an A/C unit. <br />. Replacement of a garbage disposal <br />. Replacement of a Water Heater <br />. Replacement of Fire Dampers <br />. Replacement of a condensate PVC drain not to <br />exceed 10 Feet <br />. Replacement of exhaust fans (Excluding Boiler <br />Exhausts) <br />. Replacement of Ballasts <br />. Water leak repairs where replacement of piping <br />is required not to exceed 10 feet. <br />.
