PRE-PA YMENT FEES FOR REPAIR PERMITS IN <br />CONDOMINIUM UNITS <br /> <br />J-OOl <br /> <br />J-001.a <br /> <br />J-001.b <br /> <br />J-001.c <br /> <br />Condominium Associations who provide service. <br />maintenance. and/or repair of equipment inside each <br />condominium unit. and who utilize licensed contractors <br />to perform such work. may pre-pay the costs of repair <br />permits on an annual basis. This pre-payment option <br />includes the following work inside the units: <br />. Repair to any part of an A/C unit. where removal <br />and reinstallation of the existing equipment is <br />required. (New equipment installation and/or <br />replacement is not included in this agreement) <br />. Electrical work reauired due to reinstallation of <br />an A/C unit. <br />. Replacement of a garbage disposal <br />. Replacement of a Water Heater <br /> <br />Total Cost of annual pre-payment fees for repair <br />permits including Electrical.
