<br />- <br /> <br />Preview <br /> <br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />for historic properties, 4) draft and assist with the publishing of a modem architectural <br />book, 5) analyze possibility of granting variances from the zoning code when it results in <br />a significant historic preservation goal, and 6) serving as general adviser to the City's <br />Historic Preservation in a professional and diligent manner. <br /> <br />The Consultant agrees to be on site at the City's Government Center at least 4 (four) <br />times a month, attend all Board meetings, and appear as necessary before the City <br />Commission on matters involving the Board and/or historic preservation issues. In <br />consideration for this additional scope of services, the City agrees to pay Ms. Uguccioni <br />a fee not to exceed $4,333.33 per month for a total potential term of 12 (twelve) months, <br />for a total amount not to exceed $52,000. <br /> <br />A copy of the First Amendment to the Consultant Agreement is attached hereto. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
