Site plan design will be further developed beyond the preliminary submittal previously <br />approved by the city. We will ftnther develop exterior spaces through conceptual design <br />and development. <br />2. Landscape design will include all hardscapes as well as planting layout plans, planting <br />plans, irrigation plans and miscellaneous design details. <br />3. Layout plans shall include: <br />o Planters <br />o Site furnishings <br />o Hardscape Elements <br />4. Planting plans shall include: <br />o Trees and sluubs <br />o Ground cover <br />o Planting details <br />o Specifications <br />5. In-igation Plans shall include: <br />o Irrigation plan <br />o Specifications <br />6. Design Details shall include: <br />o Garden elements <br />o Pavers / pavement <br />o planters <br /> <br />II. BASIC SERVICS <br /> <br />A. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PHASE <br />Based upon an approved design scheme, construction documents will be prepared which <br />define the materials, and components for the project. The completed construction <br />documents shall include civil, landscaping, architectural, and electrical drawings as <br />required to obtain a building permit, as well as bids from qualified contractors, <br /> <br />C. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PHASE <br />LIVS Associates will provide services during construction to include: review of contract <br />submittals; responses to questions (RFIs), and issuance of clarifications related to our <br />documents. Two monthly visits will be performed for observation of the work to assist <br />the client in monitoring the progress of the work and compliance with the requirements <br />of the contract docmnents. This phase will be billed on an hourly basis as requested by <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach per our agreement. <br /> <br />S II, <br />.." <br />
