<br />Current & Previous Experience <br /> <br />Biscayne National Park <br /> <br />Visitor Center <br /> <br />Jack Jamme, our proposed project manager for this <br />project and Jim Grubb, currently our General <br />Superintendent, both worked on the Biscayne <br />National Park Visitor Center (pictured to the right, <br />consisting of a new visitor center, ranger housing, <br />administration offices, fuel station, and floating docks) <br />and the Elliot Key visitor station in Biscayne National <br />Park - a two-story visitor center with dockage located <br />on tiny Elliot Key, a tiny island seven miles from the <br />mainland accessible only by boat. <br /> <br />Renaissance Preserve Phase I <br />This project included large scale demolition, with <br />asbestos abatement, of 140 buildings for the <br />Housing Authority of Fort Myers as the initial step of <br />our Renaissance Preserve project. <br /> <br />Renaissance Phase 1 is a 120 unit multi-family <br />elderly housing building containing four (4) <br />elevators, three (3) 50 kw emergency generators, <br />offices, commercial dining/kitchen areas, fitness <br />rooms and extensive sitework. Phase 1 was <br />completed in 2009 and Phases 2-4 are in various <br />stages of construction. Phase 1 contract amount is <br />$13,352,481.56, <br /> <br />Diversified Yacht Club <br /> <br />Brooks & Freund has been selected as <br />construction manager for the construction of a <br />new marina designed for service and temporary <br />storage of large yachts on Fort Myers Beach. <br />The marina building will have approximately <br />35,000 SF of floor area and a 75' clear height <br />interior.
