Our audit will follow the Auditing Standards of the A/CPA, Generally Accepted <br />Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United <br />States, and the Rules of the Auditor General of the State of Florida, and any other <br />applicable federal, state and local regulations. We will deliver our reports in accordance <br />with your requirements. <br /> <br />This proposal is a firm and irrevocable otter for 90 days. We certify this proposal is made <br />without previous understanding, agreement or connection either with any previous firms or <br />corporations offering a proposal for the same items. We also certify our proposal is in all <br />respects fair, without outside control, collusion, fraud, or otherwise illegal action, and was <br />prepared in good faith.
