<br />Mr. Garcia has 22 years of experience in all facets of architectural design and construction administration. His project
<br />management experience includes corporate, commercial, residential and a variety of other projects, both large and
<br />small. Currently, Mr. Garcia is working on miscellaneous food concession spaces at Miami International Airport. He
<br />is also serving as the Project Manager for the Miami Intermodal Center Project, a multi-unit car rental facility located
<br />at Miami International Airport.

<br />Miami Intermodal Center - Rental Car Facility, Miami, FL - One of the Project Managers: in charge of
<br />the $340 million Rental Car Facility in which rental car companies serving Miami International Airport are
<br />located. The project consists of a four level structure approximately 9,000,000 SF. It includes a Central
<br />Customer Service Lobby, a Quick TurnAround (QTA) area, a Ready Return (RR) area, parking for 3,500+
<br />cars with multi-level fueling, light maintenance areas, a support building and access ramps.
<br />
<br />Miami International Airport North Terminal Development Complex, Miami, FL - Team Coordinator:
<br />Responsible for producing the Project Definition Package (POP) for A-B Terminal Shell and Interiors, part
<br />of the NTD project. Overall project budget over $2.9 billion, A-B Terminal cost over $150 million.

<br />Homestead Bayfront Park Harbor Master Building, Homestead, FL - Project Manager/Designer:
<br />Responsible for overall coordination of Harbor Master Building project. Involved in designing and coor-
<br />dinating construction documents. The design provides a shared elevator, plus multipurpose room which
<br />has its own stair and two restrooms, as well as a small kitchenette area. The design has three separate
<br />straight stairs, which provide easy vertical circulation. The building is composed of a new public restroom,
<br />vertical access and limited storage. The design of the building takes into account ventilation and other
<br />green building attributes. Project size 5,000 SF and estimated construction costs of $2,000,000.

<br />Jackson Memorial Hospital Retail Master Plan, Miami, FL - Project Designer: For Retail Master
<br />Plan & Retail Concessions Design Guidelines. The first consists of designing the Retail Master Plan
<br />for each of 4 buildings on campus, approximately 100,000 SF, design of the buildings' common ar-
<br />eas, a food court, kiosks, and signage criteria The second establishing design principles for future ten-
<br />ant improvements and the establishment of a design review process so that the hospital may approve
<br />tenant presentations.

<br />Miami International Airport NTD Central Market Place Retail Master Plan, Miami, FL - Sr. Project
<br />Manager: Developed an integrated kiosk style master plan for an underserved area of the airport termi-
<br />nal, which is approximately 570 linear feet. This retail design provides vendor services for passengers
<br />waiting in hold rooms at gates 26 through 29.

<br />Pembroke Pines Chapel Trail Master Plan, Pembroke Pines, FL - Project Manager: Responsible for
<br />the master plan of 54-acre site which included a charter school, a storage building, a warehouse/office
<br />complex, a shopping center, a community park and 110 town homes.

<br />Cypress Creek Office Building, Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Project Manager: For $18 million office building for
