The design provides a shared elevator, plus <br />multipurpose room which has its own stair and two restrooms, as well as a small kitchenette area. With <br />all of the functions on one level, the multipurpose room may serve as a larger conference room or lounge <br />for the Dock Master. The Dock Master Offices are made up of three private offices, a large conference <br />room, storage room, copy & file area and a private toilet. The design of the building takes into account <br />ventilation and other green building attributes. Project size 5,000 SF and estimated construction costs <br />of $2,000,000. <br /> <br />Miami International Airport Miscellaneous Commercial & Food Facilities, Miami, FL - Principal-in- <br />charge: Overall coordination of various Miscellaneous Commercial and Food Service Facilities. Under <br />the Miscellaneous PSA the firm was commissioned by the Dade County Aviation Department to provide <br />miscellaneous AlE services for several tenants and concessionaires. This resulted in producing over 40 <br />projects of different sizes and degrees of complexity throughout MIA. Projects ranged from temporary <br />snack bars to large retail and food service facilities. Clients Included: Dobbs Houses, Ogden Aviation <br />Services, Host-Marriott, Terminal Newsstands, Inc., Sirgany International., Barnett Bank and U.S. Postal <br />Services.
