<br /> of maintenance; and for compliance to current ADA and elevator codes. Phasing of construction was extremely important both to keep within
<br /> ACHA requirements and the pressing needs of a fully operational hospital.

<br /> forge a cohesive space from the disparate connections of three separate buildings built in three separate eras - the 1950's, the 1970's and the
<br /> late 1980's. The project consisted of 3250 SF at a cost of $2.3 million.
