The City <br />Manager, as Chief Executive Officer of the City of Miami <br />will take a command position in the EOC and will be <br />accompanied by Assistant City Managers, Fire Chief, <br />Police Chief, Department Directors and their immediate <br />II subordinates. The central EOC command room will be <br />11 located on the third floor in the Auditorium. This central <br />command room will house the City Manager, as well as <br />approximately twenty (20) other Administrators from <br />various City Departments and up to six (6) other <br />municipalities. There will be other operational "break out" <br />rooms throughout the facility for Fire, Police, General <br />Services Administration (Solid Waste, Communications, Fleet Management, etc.), Parks, Neighborhood Enhancement <br />Team (NET), Finance (Payroll, procurement, etc.), City Attorney, Public Information, Employee Assistance, Labor Pool, <br />telephone hotlines, Public Works and Disaster Recovery (risk management).
