<br />Mr. Sequeira has over 33 years of professional experience in the field of Architecture. From 1982 to 1984 he worked
<br />as an independent consultant providing Construction Administration services for several clients with projects at Miami
<br />International Airport. Since 1986 Mr. Sequeira has been a co-founder and partner responsible for all the administration
<br />aspects of Sequeira & Gavarrete, P.A. (S&G). As Principal-in-Charge of the firm, he has been responsible for supervising
<br />the total architectural process from design development to project close-out for a variety of projects including custom
<br />residences, recreational buildings, medical facilities, office buildings, educational facilities, airport facilities and aviation
<br />training facilities. Mr. Sequeira has led his firm in completing a number of successful transportation related projects in-
<br />cluding refurbishment and installation of passenger loading bridges, new construction and refurbishment of snack bars,
<br />lounges and restaurants through-out the MIA terminal, He has also completed several health-related projects ranging
<br />from diagnostic centers to private medical offices. He is presently leading the design and construction administration
<br />services for the first multi-level multi-fueling consolidated rental car center in the nation. In 2007 S&G was fully acquired
<br />by Heery International, Inc. a multi-national firm. Mr. Sequeira is presently a vice-president and co-manager of the Miami

<br />Professional Experience:
<br />
<br />Miami Intermodal Center. Rental Car Facility, Miami, FL - Principal-in-Charge: of the $340 million Rental
<br />Car Facility in which rental car companies serving Miami International Airport are located. The project con-
<br />sists of a four level structure approximately 9,000,000 SF. It includes a Central Customer Service Lobby, a
<br />Quick Turn Around (QTA) area, a Ready Return (RR) area, parking for 3,500+ cars with multi-level fueling,
<br />light maintenance areas, a support building and access ramps.

<br />Miami International Airport Early Baggage Storage Facility, Miami, Florida. Principal-in-Charge: Re-
<br />sponsible for overall coordination of this 50,000 SF facility designed to serve as American Airline's primary
<br />baggage sorting and storage facility for "early arriving passenger's luggage". Early arriving luggage is sorted
<br />through six piers and stored there until their intended plane arrives at a gate. The EBS also has inbound
<br />luggage handling capabilities for the luggage of those passengers arriving via cruise line transport, Also
<br />included are employee areas, restrooms & equipment rooms serving the EBS & an adjacent facility.

<br />City of Miami Emergency Operations Center Phase I, Professional Service Agreement for Miscella.
<br />neous Projects for the City of Miami, Miami, FL - Principal-in-Charge: Responsible for overall coordination
<br />of the project's Centralized Facility where City Administrators congregate to direct and control the operations
<br />of municipal forces, prior, during and following catastrophic events. The City Manager, as Chief Executive
<br />Officer of the City of Miami will take a command position in the EOC and will be accompanied by Assistant
<br />City Managers, Fire Chief, Police Chief, Department Directors and their immediate subordinates. The central
<br />EOC command room will be located on the third floor in the Auditorium. This central command room will
<br />house the City Manager, as well as approximately twenty (20) other Administrators from various City Depart-
<br />ments and up to six (6) other municipalities. There will be other operational "break out" rooms throughout the
<br />facility for Fire, Police, General Services Administration (Solid Waste, Communications, Fleet Management,
<br />etc.), Parks, Neighborhood Enhancement Team (NET), Finance (Payroll, procurement, etc.), City Attorney,
<br />Public Information, Employee Assistance, Labor Pool, telephone hotlines, Public Works and Disaster Recov-
<br />ery (risk rnanagement).
