<br />Mr. Sequeira has over 33 years of professional experience in the field of Architecture. From 1982 to 1984 he worked
<br />as an independent consultant providing Construction Administration services for several clients with projects at Mi-
<br />ami International Airport. Since 1986 Mr. Sequeira has been a co-founder and partner responsible for all the admin-
<br />istration aspects of Sequeira & Gavarrete, PA. (S&G). As Principal-in-Charge of the firm, he has been responsible
<br />for supeNising the total architectural process from design development to project c1ose-out for a variety of projects
<br />including custom residences, recreational buildings, medical facilities, office buildings, educational facilities, airport
<br />facilities and aviation training facilities. Mr. Sequeira has led his firm in completing a number of successful transpor-
<br />tation related projects including refurbishment and installation of passenger loading bridges, new construction and
<br />refurbishment of snack bars, lounges and restaurants through-out the MIA terminal. He has also completed several
<br />health-related projects ranging from diagnostic centers to private medical offices. He is presently leading the design
<br />and construction administration services for the first multi-level multi-fueling consolidated rental car center in the
<br />nation. In 2007 S&G was fully acquired by Heery International, Inc. a multi-national firm. Mr. Sequeira is presently a
<br />vice-president and co-manager of the Miami office for Heery International, Inc.

<br />Professional Experience:
<br />
<br />Miami Intermodal Center. Rental Car Facility, Miami, FL - Principal-in-Charge: of the $340 million
<br />Rental Car Facility in which rental car companies serving Miami International Airport are located. The
<br />project consists of a four level structure approximately 9,000,000 SF. It includes a Central Customer
<br />Service Lobby, a Quick Turn Around (QTA) area, a Ready Return (RR) area, parking for 3,500+ cars with
<br />multi-level fueling, light maintenance areas, a support building and access ramps.
<br />
<br />Miami International Airport Early Baggage Storage Facility, Miami, Florida. Principal-in-Charge:
<br />Responsible for overall coordination of this 50,000 SF facility designed to serve as American Airline's
<br />primary baggage sorting and storage facility for "early arriving passenger's luggage". Early arriving lug-
<br />gage is sorted through six piers and stored there until their intended plane arrives at a gate. The EBS
<br />also has inbound luggage handling capabilities for the luggage of those passengers arriving via cruise
<br />line transport. Also included are employee areas, restrooms & equipment rooms serving the EBS & an
<br />adjacent facility.

<br />City of Miami Emergency Operations Center Phase I, Professional Service Agreement for Miscel.
<br />laneous Projects for the City of Miami, Miami, FL - Principal-in-Charge: Responsible for overall coor-
<br />dination of the project's Centralized Facility where City Administrators congregate to direct and control
<br />the operations of municipal forces, prior, during and following catastrophic events. The City Manager,
<br />as Chief Executive Officer of the City of Miami will take a command position in the EOC and will be ac-
<br />companied by Assistant City Managers, Fire Chief, Police Chief, Department Directors and their immedi-
<br />ate subordinates. The central EOC command room will be located on the third floor in the Auditorium.
<br />This central command room will house the City Manager, as well as approximately twenty (20) other
<br />Administrators from various City Departments and up to six (6) other municipalities. There will be other
<br />operational "break out" rooms throughout the facility for Fire, Police, General Services Administration
<br />(Solid Waste, Communications, Fleet Management, etc.), Parks, Neighborhood Enhancement Team
<br />(NET), Finance (Payroll, procurement, etc.), City Attorney, Public Information, Employee Assistance,
<br />Labor Pool, telephone hotiines, Public Works and Disaster Recovery (risk management).

<br />cellaneous Projects for the City of Miami, Miami, FL - Principal-in-Charge: Responsible for providing
<br />all necessary modifications to existing City of Miami Fire College Building to be used as a City Wide
<br />Emergency Operations Center and Fire Alarm Offices. This includes reorganization of existing areas and
<br />creation of new structures to provide space and infrastructure for the Fire Alarm offices, new storage (1 st
<br />fl), 2 new classrooms (3rd fl), Fire alarm office and restroom plus 2 new offices, new public restrooms
<br />and new lounge (4th fl), Mechanical, Electrical and Telecom rooms as needed; new mechanical room at
<br />existing 6th floor. The project also includes, re-roofing of existing main roof area; installation of hurricane
