<br />areas. extensive site improvements and landscaping are also included in this project as well as re-grading of the entire site for proper
<br />drainage, new surface parking lot for staff and visitors, new recreational facilities (sports fields), a water main extension. new drainage
<br />system with gravity wells and extensive landscaping and irrigation. Project cost: $18,000.000.
