BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />The 51-acre Park Square at Doral phased project includes <br />29 different building types encompassing approximately <br />2,350,000 SF of mixed-use development, including 157,000 <br />SF of commercial/retail space, 218,000 SF of office space, <br />and 927 residential units consisting of hi-rise, town homes, <br />mid-rise units and lofts. <br /> <br />The commercial parcels will house a variety of tenants- <br />mostly food and beverage and specialty boutiques-and <br />will generally front the main entrance to the site. This will <br />also be the main access to the retail area. In the center of <br />the retail area, an elliptical circulation has been designed <br />that will be the main focus of the commercial piece. This <br />area will also function as a pedestrian plaza to be used for <br />special events such as art festivals, farmer's markets, etc. <br /> <br />The residential areas, which will have their own gated access, <br />have designated green park spaces in between buildings, <br />as well as a pedestrian circulation belt that connects all of <br />the blocks. A large park is planned as a central focus that <br />will consist of pedestrian paths and landscaped areas that <br />will connect various recreation buildings, housing multi- <br />purpose/community rooms, rest rooms, and a gym. <br /> <br />The three, mid-rise residential buildings will be 11-14 stories <br />and will include parking structures that will be screened from <br />view by liner U1:Jits along the street and along the main park <br />area.
