The project is a new 65,000 gsf fire rescue & logistics facility in <br />Miami, Florida. The project included a logistics/supply warehouse center, complete fire rescue station, and emergency management operations <br />center. The budget was $5 million, and the project bid was under budget. <br />Silva Architects was responsible for creating a schematic design, Design Criteria Package, and functioning as an Owner's representative during <br />the construction process. <br />This project showcases Silva Architects' ability to work with a governmental agency and provide a state of the art facility for the Owner. <br /> <br />29.
