The project is a new 223,000 gsf high school facility in Miami, Florida. <br />The budget is $50 million, and the project GMP bid was under budget. <br />This project is pursuing LEED for School Gold certification (the second public school in Miami-Dade County to pursue LEED certification of any type <br />This project showcases Silva Architects as taking the initiative in a project pursuing LEED certification.
