This complicated, technical project involved general maintenance <br />for the entire school (including complete re-design and replacement of chillers, air handlers, and ductwork), a new fire protection <br />system installation, interior remodeling of various areas and Auditorium, and complete re-roofing. <br />The project budget was $15 million, and the project GMP was under the budget. <br />This extremely sensitive and complicated project involved the phasing and scheduling of major remodeling and renovation work <br />in every portion of the school while the school was occupied and functioning. <br />The firm selected for the work at the continuing services contract must have intimate knowledge of how to work successfully in a built-out <br />building and/or campus setting, and the Killian project is a prime example of how to achieve this. <br /> <br />37.
