BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size and canst) <br /> <br />The Project consists of a LEED Silver Corporate Office Building with 145,000 Gross S/f and a 135 car parking lot. This project also <br />includes Multi- tenant Class A offices and a Bank Headquarter with 22,969 S/f of branch! Teller area, administrative offices and <br />training facilities distributed in 2 stories of an existing building. The project includes Structural and MEP improvements including a new <br />stair connecting both floors. The new three-story glass and steel structure was designed to save energy and cut down on waste. <br />Carpeting, flooring and ceiling tiles are made from recycled materials, There is high-efficiency plumbing to reduce water consumption <br />and triple, low-reflective glass that keeps the indoors cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Even the landscaping was taken <br />into account, with plants selected that require less water.
