Prepare functional space plans, basic sections and elevations. Analyze comparative systems with engineers and <br />consultants. Select systems to be used. Determine system space and location requirements. <br /> <br />Design Development: Review unresolved issues on schematic design, Confer with and obtain preliminary review from <br />regulatory agencies, Coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineers the result of meetings with the utility companies, <br />Coordinate with consultants and review the results of all investigations and tests including soil boring and analysis, <br /> <br />Construction Documents: Review unresolved issues on design development, As documents develop, confer with and obtain <br />further review from regulatory agencies, Coordinate the work of all team members, including consultants, Complete all <br />schedules including door, window, finishes and wall types, Monitor approval and permit process, Coordinate with consultants <br />and revise documents as required, Incorporate materials, equipment, finishes etc to the construction documents to comply with <br />LEED requirements, up load required documents as needed by the USGBC and GBCI to obtain LEED certification. <br /> <br />25.
