The design included enabling the site to receive the new building by relocating utility services, <br />parking spaces, upgrading of existing mechanical equipment, etc. $20 M Construction Budget <br /> <br />Review of Existing Documents: Review of all available and pertinent documentation related to the site and surrounding buildings <br />which includes but not limited to existing surrounding building s design drawings, survey data provided by the client, underground <br />utilities drawings, etc, <br /> <br />Schematic Design: Review all data furnished including design program, budget, legal, site, code space and special owner <br />requirements, Prepare functional space plans, basic sections and elevations, Analyze comparative systems with engineers and <br />consultants, Select systems to be used, Determine system space and location requirements. <br /> <br />Design Development: Review unresolved issues on schematic design, Confer with and obtain preliminary review from regulatory <br />agencies, Coordinate with mechanical and electrical engineers the result of meetings with the utility companies. Coordinate with <br />consultants and review the results of all investigations and tests including soil boring and analysis. Prepare other necessary <br />documents to include site plan, plans elevations sections, schedules and notes. Prepare area calculations. <br /> <br />Construction Documents: Review unresolved issues on design development, As documents develop, confer with and obtain further <br />review from regulatory agencies, Coordinate the work of all team members, including consultants, Complete all schedules including <br />door, window, finishes and wall types. Monitor approval and permit process, Coordinate with consultants and revise documents as <br />required Prepare final area calculations <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
