The facility is designed with energy efficiency standards for low energy use and the warehouse has <br />skylights to reduce lighting use during the day. This feature reduces the lighting load during the day by as much as 75%, <br />We also specified locally produced masonry which is prefinished with integral color to avoid any painting and reduce long <br />term maintenance.
