BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size and canst) <br /> <br />Borges + Associates worked closely with U.S, Customs at the Port of Miami in their process to relocate to the Miami Free Zone in a <br />process of renovating and expanding their offices facilities at the Miami Free Zone. We provided full logistic coordination, space <br />planning, scheduling and programming services. The objective was to meet a tight deadline for the relocation and assist in making <br />this transition as smooth as possible, meeting both the U.S, Customs space and scheduling requirement and that of the Land Lord <br />at the MFZ.
