<br />Ms. Liano has over 20 years of experience as an Architect in the design of
<br />Multi-Family and Institutional type projects including Educational Facilities,
<br />Parks and Community Centers, Commercial, and Airport projects. Ms.
<br />Liano is also experienced in design-build projects, and is knowledgeable
<br />in the overall preparation of design and construction documents and
<br />construction administration.

<br />As the project manager, Leovy Liano will also serve as the daily Point of Contact for the City of
<br />Sunny Isles for each assignment She is ultimately responsible for the adherence to the City's
<br />schedule for completion of the \'fOrk during the design phase and the construction phase. She
<br />was worked on many of the firms continuing service contracts with FlU, Miami Dade College,
<br />University of Miami, Miami Dade Aviation Department, the City of Miami and the Department of
<br />Military Affairs. She has extensive experience as a Project Manager in the design of municipal
<br />and institutional type projects induding the Health Services Center project for FlU, Pharmed
<br />Arena Re-roofing for FlU, the Historic Hampton House, and Wyn\'fOod Neighborhood Service
<br />Center.
