<br />Summary of Experience
<br />As founding partner and President of the firm, Ms. Gurri is responsible for
<br />business development and the administrative functions of the Firm. Ms.
<br />Gurrfs areas of concentration include aviation, educational, healthcare,
<br />institutional, interior design, space planning, retail, restaurants and
<br />custom high-end residential. Ms. Gurri is Principal of the Firm and has
<br />extensive experience in fast track and design/build projects, and projects
<br />requiring detailed phasing of construction.

<br />For this contract, Ms. Gurri will be personally involved in each of the assignments. Her role will
<br />include the design of all of the City's projects, including attending meetings at the City,
<br />assisting the City in developing any programming or space requirements, visioning, developing
<br />concept plans, participating in public hearings, and ensuring that the City's objectives are met
<br />for each project.

<br />Mr. Matute has over 27 years experience as an architect in the design of
<br />large-scale institutional and commercial projects. Mr. Matute has
<br />concentrated in the followng areas: aviation, commercial remodeling,
<br />community centers, courthouses, custom residential. educational, fire
<br />stations, healthcare, high-rise buildings, multi-family, office buildings,
<br />parking garages, police stations, prisons, restaurants, swmming pools
<br />and tilt-up warehouse buildinas.

<br />ROLE IN THE CONTRACT: PRINCIPAL IN CHARGE IARCHITECT OF RECORD
<br />
<br />For this contract and as the Architect of Record for each project assigned by the City, Mr.
<br />Matute wll be personally involved ensuring that the design and construction documents are
<br />prepared in accordance wth city, county, state, and federal regulatory requirements for public
<br />buildings and pubic spaces. At the completion of each phase, Mr. Matute personally reviews
<br />the plans as a quality assurance review. Mr. Matute is involved in each project from the
<br />beginning of the project through the project close-out. As the Architect of Record, he
<br />personally oversees the building permit process- meeting with building department reviewers
<br />if necessary to complete the permitting process as quickly as possible. Mr. Matute is also
<br />personally involved in the construction administration of each project. He performs all
<br />inspections and reviews the requests for information and change order requests from the
<br />contractors.
