Issues addressed in order to comply with South Florida Regulations <br />included asbestos removal, uplift requirements, pullout testing, and acceptability with current code regulations including mechanical, electrical and <br />plumbing upgrades, Value engineering and life-cycle costing were performed as part of the services provided. The value analysis/engineering <br />study was applied during various stages of the design process through the construction document phase.
