BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />The Russell Partnership provided professional architectural/engineering services. for the design, <br />construction documents, and construction administration for the development of the Village of <br />Pinecrest, Flagler Grove Park. It consisted of Lots 10, 11 and Tract 12 of Section 1 of Flagler Grove <br />Estates with approximately 3 acres in area. <br /> <br /> <br />The park included two lighted soccer fields, <br />a restroom facility to include a Park <br />Manager's Office and storage room, a tot <br />playground approximately 30' x 42', parking <br />to serve the above facilities, and significant <br />landscaping. The soccer fields and all <br />landscaped areas of the park have a <br />landscape irrigation system so as to utilize <br />a well as the water source. The park is <br />completely fenced, with the front yard fence <br />to be an ornamental decorative type fence. <br />A barrier of significant trees was placed <br />surrounding the park to mitigate light and <br />sound transmission to neighboring <br />properties. <br /> <br />25.
