Design interview forms tailored to City's needs to establish consistent information requests for interview of <br />designated staff in developing space and allocation information. <br /> <br />. Conduct consultations with designated staff to establish numbers and types of personnel, needs and interface <br />with public and/or others. <br /> <br />. Provide minutes of meetings and/or completed interview forms as study documentation. <br /> <br />. Assess requirements/needs from initial meetings and provide follow-up conversations and/or meetings to clarify <br />and confirm findings. <br /> <br />. Create a schedule of personnel types, numbers, and space needs associated with each type of personnel. <br /> <br />. Evaluate usable areas within building footprint. Evaluate existing and proposed usable areas against existing <br />footprint to determine possible shortcomings and/or excess areas. <br /> <br />. Prepare draft report. <br /> <br />.
