He has gained extensive <br />experience in higher educational facilities. <br />His commitment to service is reflected in <br />the repeat clients he has served such as <br />School Board of Broward County, Florida <br />Atlantic University, Florida International <br />University and Broward Community <br />College. <br /> <br />Mr. Holt's employment with the firm <br />dates from 1963 and he became a <br />Principal of the firm in 1977. Over that <br />extended period of time he has worked <br />on a wide variety of projects, many of <br />which have been similar to this project in <br />needs, functions and uses. He has <br />served as Principal-in-Charge, Project <br />Manager, Senior Project Manager in a <br />multitude of both government and <br />educational projects. <br /> <br />Mr. Guevara has 8 years of experience <br />working as a Project Manager and Design <br />Manager and has been exposed to <br />endless areas of architecture. As a <br />Project Architect for TRP, Mr. Guevara <br />has worked directly with the firm's major <br />educational client; The School Board of <br />Broward County. His responsibilities have <br />included project coordination and <br />construction administration. <br />
