BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT
Located on the north side of the Miami River and in the heart of the Spring Garden Historical District, this luxury 16
unit, four stories residential building is one of Miami newest additions. By using the concept of"thru-unit", each unit has a
view of the river as well as the City's civic skyline. The residents have numerous amenities such as a swimming pool,
gymnasium and a pool bar at there disposal. The open floor plan design of each unit, along with semi-private elevator
lobbies and the convenience of an inside the unit trash chute, not to mention access to the Miami river by means of a private
dock, makes this what one article says to be "The best kept secret in the City of Miami". The understructure parking garage
created another desired feature for the residents by providing shelter and security from the elements. The use of lush
landscaping and natural coral stones help to incorporate almost seamlessly, this new and modern structure into its historical
home. The architecture and landscaping integrate this delicate structure into the surrounding neighborhood by incorporating
features such as proportions, texture, material, and plants species that are indigenous to the area.

Construction
Cost: $5,000,000

25.
