BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />The project comprised of 4 levels (91\ loth, 16th and 17th) of office-tenant improvements for several County <br />departments/agencies. These are: MDPD Court Services Bureau, Guardian Ad Litem, Clerk of the Court and <br />Building Code Compliance. Each floor plate is approximately 20,700 SF of gross area. The Architectural and <br />Engineering services scope of work included the production of construction documents for the building pennit <br />procurement, specifications, construction administration and probable construction cost estimate. <br />In addition to the normal electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and life safety; our team coordinated <br />the data, telecommunications and security infrastructure requirements for each of the future tenants. Also, the <br />Owner's program required the use of modular system furniture and movable partitions design, which had to be <br />closely coordinated with the existing lighting and ceiling grid layout, as well as with existing devices already in <br />place in order to minimized potential added cost.
