The <br />building was efficiently and compactly designed as a three stol)' structure consisting of ground floor parking and the two <br />stol}' townhouse above. The building's 13,105 SF of habitable space maximizes its allowed FAR which was makes this <br />residence one of the most efficient structure in the area today. There are a total of22 units ranging from 570 to 600 SF <br />in size. The building was highly praised and the units highly sought out by mostly local residents that wanted to upgrade <br />their housing but not move out of the area. According to the developer, the units sold out within the month of going on <br />sale. Like similar projects from this developer this cost efficient and economical type of unit has become something of a <br />commodity in today's market place.
