The building is a two (2) level structure with offices on the <br />2nd floor. The lower level contains 4,594 SF and the 2nd floor 2,250 SF of office space. This project was located <br />inside the facility's 40 acre plant site located in NW Miami-Dade. The lower level was designed with an open two <br />story central space, approximately 40'x40' for repair of larger equipment, and a covered exterior working space of <br />20'x50' long. The building required an elevator due to it being considered a county building.
