BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />This 16 stories mixed-use residential and retail development isjust blocks north of the new perfonning arts center <br />in the heart of Miami. The structure is a bold presence right on Biscayne Blvd with spectacular views towards <br />Biscayne Bay and the city sky line. The residential L-shaped tower sits on top of a well lined and hidden four (4) <br />stories parking structure (206 spaces) and a two story ground retail which enhance the urban fabric of this <br />vibrant and developing neighborhood. There are 119 units ranging from 1 bedroom studios to 1,350 SF 2 story <br />penthouses with roof top terraces. The overall gross building construction is some 285,000 SF with 26,500 SF of <br />that going towards the lower level retail. The bold and cubist architectural style characterize the digital and <br />analytical times of the epoch and also reflect a historic admiration to the architecturally significant Bacardi Building's <br />that are just to the South of this project. <br /> <br /> <br />25.
