BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />The Residences @ Grove Station is a boutique residential building located on Southwest 27tl1 Avenue near the gateway to <br />Coconut Grove. The building contains a total of 51 residential units ranging in size from 575 SF to 1200 SF. The building <br />has a compact and efficient design which allowed it to be priced vel)' affordable. Although small in size, this development is <br />loaded with amenities, starting with an elegant ground floor lobby, a well equipped gym, a spacious community room and a <br />moderately sized recreation deck with a swimming pool and spa; it has all the lifestyle features of larger and much more <br />expensive developments.
