The work includes Courthouses <br />and Federal Buildings throughout Southeast <br />Florida region and was expanded to include <br />Ocala and airports (for TSA). <br /> <br />The Fort Lauderdale Office Building and <br />Federal Courthouse included the following <br />assignments: <br /> <br />1. 1 st Impressions Initiative to upgrade <br />facility's interiors. <br />2. HVA Retrofit to upgrade building from <br />open space plan to departmentized con- <br />struction. <br />3. Building Waterproofing. <br />4. New Bankruptcy Courtroom and <br />Chambers. <br />5. New District Courtroom and Chambers. <br />6. New Magistrate Courtroom and <br />Chambers. <br />7. New Security Wall. <br />8. New secured elevator and holding cells. <br />9. Refurbishing of multi-level pedestrian <br />plazas. <br />10. New state of the art Fire Alarm sys- <br />tem. <br />11. Replace existing chilled water 250 Ton <br />capacity, pumps, piping, replace coils, <br />dampers, replace a cooling tower, firestop <br />conduits, replace handler units, replace <br />exhaust fans. <br />12. Upgrade existing EMS. <br />13. Relocate doors and modify storefronts. <br />14. Remove and replace ceilings. <br />15. Cost Estimating. <br />16.
