Detailed investigation of structural <br />repairs required in building. Work <br />also includes Construction Cost <br />Estimate, testing and recommenda- <br />tions. <br /> <br />2. Preparation of Construction <br />Contract Documents for executing <br />recommendations from Phase 1. <br /> <br />3. Construction Management <br />Services <br /> <br />4.
