<br />-- <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SDPBC ADA & RE-ROOF CONTINUING CONTRACT <br />The School District of Palm Beach County, Florida <br /> <br />architecture . engineering <br /> <br /> <br />ACAI was selected to serve as ADA and <br />Re-Roofing Consultant under a Continuing <br />Service Contract for the School District of <br />Palm Beach County. The scope of work <br />under this contract included making the <br />facility handicap accessible and ADA <br />compliant and most aspects of re-roofing: <br />new work, tear-off and asbestos abate- <br />ment coordination. The work was phased <br />to occur during the schools operation. In <br />addition, the existing lion the roof' <br />mechanical piping systems required <br />attention to details and possible shut- <br />downs during the roofing operations.
