<br />"w <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />architecture . engineering <br /> <br />TAMARAC COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />HOUSING REHAB PROGRAMS <br />Tamarac, Florida <br /> <br /> <br />ACAI was selected by the City of Tamarac <br />to serve as the liaison and project admin- <br />istrators for the City, Property Owners <br />and the City's Pre-qualified List of <br />Contractors for the Housing Administrator <br />and Community Development <br />Department. <br /> <br />The City of Tamarac's Housing Division, <br />administrates multiple grant programs <br />knows as CDBG, HOME, SHIP and NSP <br />that provide funds for property rehabilita- <br />tion in the local community. Grant funds <br />from these various programs and poten- <br />tial future grant programs of a similar <br />nature; are used to identify and qualify <br />property Owners for certain construction <br />property rehabilitation within Grantor and <br />City administrative and budget guide- <br />lines. <br /> <br />ACAI has been contracted to coordinate <br />the housing improvement projects from ~ <br />initial project inspections through con- <br />struction administration and project close- <br />out.
