<br /> <br />I <br /> <br />architecture . engineering <br /> <br />FLL AIRPORT EXPANSION PROGRAM <br />Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport <br /> <br /> <br />As part of the Owner's Representative <br />Project Management Team, ACAI was <br />very involved in the Airport Expansion <br />Program atthe Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood <br />International Airport. <br /> <br />ACAI provided construction management <br />services associated with the phased <br />redevelopment of Passenger Terminal A, <br />the Airport Roadway system, Airfield <br />Improvements and related facilities. ACAI <br />was responsible for developing cost load- <br />ed schedules, monitoring and approving <br />monthly construction progress, conduct- <br />ing civil inspections, developing master <br />schedule update procedures, and revis- <br />ing scheduling specifications for all new <br />construction projects while providing <br />quality assurance and minimizing opera- <br />tional disruptions. <br /> <br />Involvement included participation in the <br />following projects and initiatives: <br /> <br />· Concourse A <br />· Rental Car Center <br />· Exit Roadways <br />· Long Term Sanitary Sewer <br />· Pedestrian Bridges <br />· Taxiway C and Westside <br />Infrastructure <br />· Utilities Relocation <br /> <br />architecture <br /> <br />engineering <br /> <br />roofing consulting <br /> <br />a~" ~t~t~~ d-ae' <br /> <br /> <br />eetekat"'9 <br /> <br />construction management <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br />~ <br />
