<br />-- <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />architecture . engineering <br /> <br />MHS OUTPATIENT CLINIC <br />Hollywood, Florida <br /> <br /> <br />Delivered as part of a three-year open <br />end contract with the South Broward <br />Hospital District to provide professional <br />services including Programming, Design, <br />Construction Documents, Bidding And <br />Negotiations, Interior Design and <br />Construction Management. <br /> <br />This project consisted of of programming, <br />designing and preparing construction <br />documents to obtain bids and permits for <br />a new 10,000 SF, outpatient clinic. The <br />clinic will serve outpatients requiring psy- <br />chological treatment. The total project <br />involves the adaptive reuse of an existing <br />industrial type building into the proposed <br />clinic.
