After the <br />Assessment was completed, coordina- <br />tion of required repairs began. ACAI was <br />responsible for the design work, as well <br />as managing the completion of repair <br />work. <br /> <br />The project scope included inspecitons of <br />all complex roof decks for damage and <br />water intrusion. Testing was done on <br />areas in question and repairs made as <br />necessary. <br /> <br />In addition, ACAI was responsible for the <br />initial visual inspections, coordination of <br />testing and design documents for appli- <br />cable permits and construction.
