<br />..' . <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />architecture . engineering <br /> <br />AMERICAN AIRLINES ARENA <br />MIami, Florida <br /> <br /> <br />Careful attention to detail and manage- <br />ment of construction activities was para- <br />mount in the successful delivery of the <br />new home for the Miami Heat. <br /> <br />ACAI was selected as Consultant for the <br />roofing, plaza and curtain wall water- <br />proofing of the newest arena in South <br />Florida. Our scope of work included con- <br />stant on-the-field coordination overseeing <br />the successful installation of the enve- <br />lope surfaces for Miami's landmark build- <br />ing by the bay. <br /> <br />In addition, ACAI provided Construction <br />Management services, which included <br />design, construction documents and con- <br />struction administration. <br /> <br />A single ply system was installed on all <br />the low sloped decks.
