<br /> As Campus Architect, ACAI is currently serving in a wide array of renovation/repair projects, assessment reports, schematic
<br /> planning, and re-roofing projects in numerous buildings throughout all of NSU's Campuses. Projects include the $44MM, 800,000
<br /> gsf medical campus complex in Davie, Florida; the $70MM, 214,000 gsf research building in Davie, Florida; the $2.1 MM, 53,000
<br /> gsf interior fitout in Tampa, Florida and schematic planning for 64,800 gsf in West Palm Beach, Florida. Other facilities locations
<br />f. include North Miami Beach, Dania, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Ft. Myers and Puerto Rico. This includes the
<br /> Health Profession Division Campus in Davie, Florida. The new 800,000 gsf campus includes administration areas; food service
<br /> for 500; student services; museum, nurses and custodial areas; 11 auditoriums with distance-learning video conferencing and
<br /> computer hook-up capabilities; full medical library; wet laboratory teaching classrooms; a 60,000 sq. ft. state of the art teaching
<br /> clinic; its own physical plant; and a connected parking garage for 1,500 spaces. Services were provided in Partnered Format and
<br /> included master planning, architecture/engineering, interior design, programming, value engineering and post-design services,
<br /> shop drawing review, As-Built drawing preparation, construction inspections and AlE consultation services during construction.
<br /> Moreover, full-time construction engineering inspections were provided by ACAI. Contractor/vendor/sub coordination meetings
<br /> were conducted on a weekly basis, in addition to weekly on-site Owner's meetings. The project was delivered two weeks ahead of
<br /> schedule using the Constructor Fast Track method.

<br /> ACAI has been selected to provide Roofing Consultation Services for NOVA Southeastern University at all of its campuses
<br />g. throughout Florida. A major component includes a Roof Asset Management Program (RAMP). ACAI's responsibility is to provide
<br />the University with a program by which they can monitor the condition of all the roofs of owned properties and immediately
<br /> program required repairs. ACAI provides a Roof Abstract which provides a baseline of knowledge on each building roof and
<br /> establishes its conditions at the time of the visit. The RA includes a roof plan sketch, pictures of the building and provides a
<br /> general overview of the deck at a glance identifying the building and naming the roofing installer, the size and type of roof in place
<br /> and the status of the warranty in place. During the preparation of the RA, ACAI conducts the first semiannual inspection and
<br /> prepares a roof conditions report. ACAI then conducts semiannual visits. A report identifying noted concerns is then issued along
<br /> with a recommendation for roofing repair work.

<br />i. ACAI was commissioned under the prime contractor for Architectural services including Facility Programming, Site Plan Design,
<br /> and Architectural Plans for the South Florida Water Management District Laboratory Building Relocation project. This project
<br /> involved design and development of a new facility based upon the final site plan selected by the District's Basis of Design Report
<br /> (BOOR), preliminary plans as well as complying with the Districts Standards.
