<br />c. In the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma, the County made emergency selections of three design professionals in order to aid in the
<br /> rebuilding process of numerous buildings damaged due to the hurricane. ACAI was selected and has been contracted to assist
<br /> with damage assessment and full design services to many County Facilities. Currently ACAI has completed damage work at the
<br /> following County Facilities: BSO Jail, BSO Stockade, Vinnette Carroll Theaters, North Broward Detention Center, and 19th Street
<br /> Mental Health Facilities.

<br /> After successfully coordinating the rebuilding of the State Farmer's Market on the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma, in 2005, ACAI
<br /> was selected to assess the damage to two additional structures, not included in the original work. A phase one Assessment and
<br /> Recommendation report illustrating the existing conditions and proposed repairs was completed and submitted to the State of
<br /> Florida. The project is currently awaiting FEMA funding and approval.

<br />e. ACAI Associates served under a 5 year (extended to 6 1/2 years) Open End, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with
<br /> the GSA to provide unlimited Architectural/Engineering and Construction Management services. The work includes Courthouses
<br /> and Federal Buildings throughout the Southeast Florida region and was expanded to include Ocala and airports (for TSA).
<br /> Services provides include Architectural/Engineering, Interior Design, Historic Preservation, Planning, Programming, Structural
<br /> repairs and Construction Management.
