<br /> ACAI has been contracted to provide Architectural services in the further development to the City of Miramar's Ansin Park. This
<br />i. new one story, 9.000 sq. ft. facility is the second phase to Ansin Park. Continuity to our previous designed, the Baseball Pavilion,
<br /> also located at this park. Its main function will be to support daily park administration serving as a community center and the
<br /> adjacent 5,000-seat track and field area. It also includes stadium seating screen wall. As community center the areas
<br /> programmed will be game, computers, lockers and a large multi-purpose room that can be divided into two spaces. Special
<br /> features include a second floor press area/observation room, clock tower with electronic information board, and main covered
<br /> porte-cochere at the entry. This Mediterranean Architectural style follows the style standards of the City.

<br /> Mechanical, and Electrical engineering for the permitting and delivery of a project located off of NW 44th Street for the City of
<br /> Sunrise. The project will include a trash dumpster enclosure, an 800 sq. ft. restroom building, a 600 I.f. elevated boardwalk, a
<br /> playground shade structure, site lighting and three 16' x 16' pavilions of identical design.

<br /> been contracted to coordinate housing improvement projects from initial project inspections through construction administration
<br /> and project closeout. In addition, ACAr will prepare industry standards written Specifications for property rehabilitation under the
<br /> guidelines and the direction of the City's Community Development Department, Housing Administration.
