<br /> ACAI has been selected to provide Roofing Consultation Services for NOVA Southeastern University at all of its campuses
<br />f. throughout Florida. A major component includes a Roof Asset Management Program (RAMP). ACAI's responsibility is to provide
<br />the University with a program by which they can monitor the condition of all the roofs of owned properties and immediately
<br /> program required repairs. ACAI provides a Roof Abstract which provides a baseline of knowledge on each building roof and
<br /> establishes its conditions at the time of the visit. The RA includes a roof plan sketch, pictures of the building and provides a
<br /> general overview of the deck at a glance identifying the building and naming the roofing installer, the size and type of roof in place
<br /> and the status of the warranty in place. During the preparation of the RA, ACAI conducts the first semiannual inspection and
<br /> prepares a roof conditions report. ACAI then conducts semiannual visits. A report identifying noted concerns is then issued along
<br /> with a recommendation for roofing repair work.

<br /> and Architectural Plans for the South Florida Water Management District Environmental Laboratory project. This project involved
<br /> design and development of a new facility based upon the final site plan selected by the District's Basis of Design Report (BODR),
<br /> oreliminarv plans as well as complvina with the Districts Standards.

<br />i. ACAI was selected to provide Architectural services in the further development to the City of Miramar's Ansin Park. This new one
<br />story, 9.000 sq. ft. facility is the second phase to Ansin Park. It is Continuity to our previous designed, the Baseball Pavilion, also
<br /> located at this park. Its main function will be to support daily park administration serving as a community center and the adjacent
<br /> 5,000-seat track and field area. It also includes stadium seating screen wall. As a community center, the areas programmed will
<br /> be game, computers, lockers and a large multi-purpose room that can be divided into two spaces. Special features include a
<br /> second floor press area/observation room, clock tower with electronic information board, and main covered porte-cochere at the
<br /> entry. This Mediterranean Architectural style follows the style standards of the City.
