Buildings range form simple restroom facilities (1,000sf) <br />to large community activity centers (7,OOOsf). <br /> <br />The typical functions in these park facilities include park maintenance <br />concession services several types of storage and large meeting spaces for <br />community events. <br /> <br /> <br />Significant development on the site and underground utilities were required to <br />accommodate the new facilities and provide for future improvements as well. <br />
