Carlson, AlA, LEED, Principal 1 Role: Design Principal <br />As the design principal of the firm, Mr. Carlson is responsible for developing project <br />specific conceptual design, managing their development through each project <br />phase. Mr. Carlson has over 35 years of professional experience in the planning, <br />programming and design of numerous facilities for municipalities, government <br />agencies and public institutions. <br /> <br />James W. Piersol, A.I.A., LEED C.C.S, Principal I Role: Principal in Charge <br />Mr. Piersol has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design and construction <br />of major public building. Mr. Piersol has also been responsible for numerous stud- <br />ies, consultation reports, construction cost estimates and specifications. Mr. Piersol <br />has served public agencies throughout South Florida. He has effectively organized <br />multi disciplinary teams to work as a direct extension of the public agency staff to <br />accomplish the renovation, repair or expansion of various structures. <br /> <br />Javier Torres, AlA, LEED AP I Role: Project Architect <br />Mr. Torres' broad experience with municipal clients make him the perfect fit for this <br />assignment. Mr. Torres has recent experience with LEED certifiable projects with <br />local municipalities and understands the intricacies of the process. He is a proac- <br />tive project architect/manager with focus and attention to detail; and is guided by <br />his awareness of the client's needs, requirements and project limitations.
